Thread Trend Gauging System
This thread gauging system
is extremely versatile. Simply fit the ThreadTrend
Gauge with a set of thread rolls either in
Full Form or Pitch Diameter in either standard
orm ini roll format and an indicating device.
It can be used with either a conventional
dial gauge, a Sylvac electronic dial gauge
or a Sylvac transducer probe with digital
indicating unit. the latter two would give
a direct RS232 output for SPC or gauge management.
It is ideal system for monitoring thread production.
