Quick Change Collet Chucks

The new Crawford Q C chuck optimises workholding capability on cnc lathes.
The new design features are:-

Quick change bayonet cap which reduces collet change over times to less than one minute
All chucks have dead length operation
The bayonet cap houses an elastomeric seal which excludes all swarf from this chuck
Back stop and/or ejector options
Collet orientation facility for 'c' axis or pickoff
CDC Collet Chucks

The traditional CDC collet chuck is used where frequent change overs are not envisaged.
