True Grip block toolholders are designed to hold True Grip and competitive cut-off blades firm and secure using a wedge locking system. True Grip toolholders are designed to hold True Grip and competitive inserts. Center height of the cutting edge and shank height are equal to to allow easy set-up. True Grip block toolholders are available in a wide range of sizes: inch and metric. Available in either a two peice design for versatility or one peice design for economy.  

True Grip Cut-Off Insert System

True Grip inserts are designed for use with True Grip and competitive cut-off blades and toolholders. A quality line of carbide cut-off and grooving inserts thar can be quickly put to work with our True Grip cut-off and grooving system. These inserts feature a unique chipbreaker design - a special top rake configuration - that reduces machining forces and produces controlled coil chips at optimum speeds and feeds. Higher metal removal rates and greater productivity are assured as well as better tool utilization. Dorcut’s True Grip cut-off and grooving inserts come in both standard and coated carbide grades to meet specific machining applications.
