A

fast bi-directional
electric four
way turret is
equipped as
a standard accessory.
This unique
turret can tolerate
heavy cuts and
the index repeatability
is within 0.003mm.
The turret will
automatically
change tools
tailoring with
spindle speed
change to reach
full CNC control

HEADSTOCK
The spindle
and gears used in
the headstock are
made by Cr-Mo materials,
which have been through
heat treatment to
Rockwell RC-60, and
high precision grinding
finished.
The spindle speed
has three range (L/M/H)
which is controlled
by CNC without manual
change, for less noise
than competitors'
machines. Moreover,
due to it's automatic
change functions,
the gears have a longer
life. |

CABINET AND WIRINGS
The machine
is equipped with Fagor
CNC controls. The
wirings inside the
electrical cabinet
are neat and easy
to maintain, and are
in conformity with
CE specs. Heat exchanger
is included. |
