Oversized box ways
Why choose CYCLONE VMCS? Get out your tape measure and check the distance between leveling bolts, the width of the column and the depth of the saddle. Now look inside the casting for the heavy-duty, anti-flex and vibration absorbing ribs that we added. Then, go measure the competition and you'll find that they don't measure up to a CYCLONE VMC.

Automatic lubrication
The automatic lubrication system meters oil to box ways and Turcite-B as the machine operates. This system auto-matically lubricates via an intelligent oil reservoir to CNC system. Our auto-lube system saves time and minimize maintenance headaches.

Double-anchored ballscrews
Only superior quality ballscrews are used in our CYCLONE VMCS. Our ballscrews are anchored at both ends and the ball nuts are pre-loaded, then inspected 100% for parallelism to the axis box ways.

Fast, reliable tool changer
The umbrella tool changer offers smooth, reliable action and long life. This unique tool changer utilizes a sinusoidal motion arm to accelerate and decelerate shuttle movement, thus preventing jarring to the tool and machine.
